Improve Address Search in eOperate Portal Overall

After improving the address search for the charging infrastructure overview and charge records, it has to be improved for the following areas as well:
Location Management
Opening Hours
Notifications
Load Management
Firmware Management
Activation Overview
Profile Management
Station Management
Assign Tariffs
Terminal Management

Must haves:
- Customer can search directly for the street without selecting a country and city
- Customer can use wildcards or search is automatically a wildcard search
- NFR: Search takes less than 3 seconds
- The address search is consistent in all areas
