It is not possible to calculate with the field e.g. for SUM if the number ends with "-". The "-" should be removed.

Thanks for your proposal. An adjustment for the credit notes document would potentially be possible. We could set the "-" before the amount, but as this has an effect on all users, we can not change it on short notice.
But there is a small workaround you could try out, it worked at least for me.
Instead of opening the CSV file direktly with excel, open a blank sheet and use the data -> from CSV feature:
In this case, excel will automatically identify this as a negative number.
Will this work for you, and can we close this idea, or would you prefer the adjustment of the output format?
